From Kanazawa to the Middle East: Budoo no Mori × Japan Health Lab – Bringing Kanazawa’s legacy to the Middle East

Budo no Mori Co., Ltd. Discussion with the chairman

We had the opportunity to visit the chairman of Budou no Mori Co., Ltd., headquartered in Kanazawa City.

The company has built a new factory in Sharjah, near Dubai, and held a completion reception on August 26th. Once again, congratulations on the completion of your factory.

At the new factory in Sharjah, we heard about their desire to spread Japanese manufacturing technology around the world. The factory produces Baumkuchen cakes that can be cut into your favorite shapes, as well as chocolates adorned with gold leaf.

As a company based in the UAE, we are truly delighted and encouraged by the expansion of a fellow company from our hometown. Let’s work together to take "Kanazawa to the world."

I look forward to visiting the new Sharjah factory in the near future!

Exchange of Ideas with the Chairman of Budoo no Mori Co., Ltd.

Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting the Chairman of Budo no Mori Co., Ltd., headquartered in Kanazawa City.

The company has constructed a new factory in Sharjah, near Dubai, and held a completion ceremony on August 26.
Once again, heartfelt congratulations on the successful completion of the factory.

At the new Sharjah facility, the Chairman shared his vision of spreading Japan’s monozukuri (craftsmanship and manufacturing expertise) throughout the world. The factory will produce Baumkuchen cakes that can be cut into any desired shape, as well as chocolates adorned with gold leaf.

For our company, which also operates in the UAE, it is truly uplifting and gratifying to see another company from our hometown expanding overseas. Together, let’s continue to embrace the spirit of “From Kanazawa to the World.”

I look forward to visiting the new factory in Sharjah in the near future!
