Refund policy

Returns and Refunds

We cannot accept returns or refunds after the product has been shipped.
We will only exchange the product if it is faulty.
Cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing an order.

Return period: Returns must be made within 2 weeks of receiving the product and must be unopened. (Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.)
Return shipping costs: We will cover the cost if the product is defective. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost.
