From Kanazawa to the Middle East: Budoo no Mori × Japan Health Lab"金沢の地から中東への挑戦　ぶどうの森×ジャパンヘルスラボ

このたび、金沢市に本社を置く「株式会社ぶどうの森」の本会長を訪問させていただきました。

同社は、ドバイ近郊のシャルジャに新工場を建設され、8月26日に工場完成レセプションを開催されました。
改めまして、工場の完成、誠におめでとうございます。

シャルジャの新工場では、日本の「ものづくり」の技術を世界に広めたいとのお話を伺いました。工場では、お好みの形にくり抜けるバウムクーヘンや、金箔をあしらったチョコレートなどが製造されるとのことです。

UAEに拠点を持つ弊社にとっても、同郷企業のご進出は大変嬉しく、心強く感じております。
「金沢から世界へ」と共に駆け巡ってまいりましょう。

近いうちに、ぜひシャルジャの新工場にも足を運ばせていただきます！

Exchange of Ideas with the Chairman of Budoo no Mori Co., Ltd.

Recently, I had the honor of visiting the Chairman of Budo no Mori Co., Ltd., headquartered in Kanazawa City.

The company has built a new factory in Sharjah, near Dubai, and held a completion reception on August 26.
Once again, sincere congratulations on the successful completion of the factory.

At the new Sharjah facility, the Chairman shared his vision of spreading Japan’s monozukuri (craftsmanship and manufacturing expertise) throughout the world. The factory will produce Baumkuchen cakes that can be cut into any desired shape, as well as chocolates adorned with gold leaf.

For our company, which also has a presence in the UAE, it is truly encouraging and delightful to see a fellow company from our hometown expanding abroad.
Together, let us continue to carry the spirit of “From Kanazawa to the World.”

I look forward to visiting the new factory in Sharjah in the near future!
